I think the fans up in Portland should feel very confident about the team they have up there, because they have a coach who’s not going to let them slip. And they’re going to be dangerous.”
Love from Kobe? For something affiliated with the Blazers? Oh you’re too kind. Seriously though, that is high praise for Nate considering the superstar status and basketball intelligence of Kobe.
I’m thrilled to see the compliments Nate has been receiving from now both USA Basketball players and coaches. To be surrounded by such large egos and personalities and to be able to keep them under control says something about Nate’s coaching abilities. Stuff like this only makes me more excited for the upcoming season. I can’t wait to see the strategies and rotations Nate will use to utilize all of our young talent.
